How to update to Pulsar 12.0

Pulsar 12.0 is a major update, involving re-architecting some core technology used in our code base. This update is more complex than our usual releases, and we want to make sure that you retain all of your changes after the update.

WARNING: Before you upgrade to Pulsar 12, make sure you do not have any offline changes pending. Push your changes to the server before you upgrade Pulsar. You must sync before upgrading, otherwise, your changes will be lost.

  1. Open your current Pulsar app.
  2. Press the online status indicator in the lower left corner.
  3. Press Sync Now.
  4. Wait for the sync process to complete.
  5. Go to your device app store, and update the Pulsar app.
